Strange.
A talent acquisition consultant contacted me the day after I applied online. We had separate screening and interview phone calls. Following the 2nd call he setup an interview with the local office Vice President and Associate VP. I had a large group interview with them as well as the BIM manager, two architects, and a designer. The interview took 2 hrs. I seemed like I fit in with the others, met/exceeded the criteria in their job post, and liked the office atmosphere.
At the end of the interview the VP asked about and we discussed my other offers. He gave me his cell # and asked that I call him over the weekend to talk. I called, left a voicemail & emailed to follow-up but never heard back. The corporate talent acquisition consultant followed up with me a few times. Neither of us hear back from the VP. I accepted an offer with a competitor the next week.
